Any tech problem. Any device. I'll help.
Sometimes technology goes wrong in ways that are hard to describe — it just doesn't feel right, or you can't quite put your finger on what's changed. That's completely normal. I've heard every kind of tech problem imaginable, and I'm happy to take a look at whatever's bothering you.
You don't need to know what's wrong, or even be able to describe it properly. Just give me a call and tell me what's happening — we'll take it from there.
- "Something doesn't feel right but I don't know what it is"
- "My [device] is doing something strange and I can't make it stop"
- "I accidentally pressed something and now I don't know what I've done"
- "I just want someone to sit with me while I learn how to use this"
- "My son/daughter set this up but I can't figure out how to use it"
- "I want to understand technology better — where do I start?"
- "I keep getting pop-ups / messages and I don't know if they're safe"
- "Everything just feels too complicated and I need help"
- "I bought a new [thing] and the instructions don't make any sense"
- Any other tech problem — if it involves technology, just ask
"No problem is too small."
I've had calls about one single button on a TV remote. I've had calls about a popup that's been appearing for three years. Whatever it is — I'm not going to laugh, and I'm not going to rush.
What to expect from a visit
Ring me and tell me in your own words. I'll work out what it might be.
No two problems are the same. I'll take a proper look and diagnose it.
I'll fix it and explain it — so it doesn't happen again and you understand why.
